Kids Zone : My Classroom My Idea and My Future
Interior Design Kindergarten Classroom
A comfortable classroom can prevent children from feeling
bored. Classrooms should be designed in such a way as to meet the educational
needs of the child. Children must be able to grow and develop according to
their physical potential, intellectual intelligence, and emotional
intelligence.
Classroom can be interpreted as a space in a building that
is used as a place for the learning process to take place. As a place of
learning, the interior design of the classroom must be made as attractive and
comfortable as possible so that children can focus on learning
Kindergarten Classroom Standard

playing or play while learning in a safe, comfortable, and fun atmosphere.

3 Kindergarten Classroom Area Design Concepts
Classroom design is usually divided into 3 areas, namely:
1. Sit Down On The Floor
In this area, children can sit down on the floor while the teacher can sit or stand to talk. In addition, this area can also be used for games that require movement such as stepping and jumping. Therefore, the floor surface in the classroom must not be slippery.
2. Chairs and Tables Area
The design of the second kindergarten
classroom is an area where there are tables and chairs that children use when
learning to write or draw.
Furniture in this area can be made of wood
or plastic. Usually in this room used furniture that is disassembled so that it
is easy to move if you need an area expansion, especially from the lesehan
area.
Not only that, the use of this type of furniture also makes it easier to configure the arrangement of tables and chairs.
3. Play Ground
The third room design is a play area where
children can play in that area. In that area there is a cupboard or storage
that is used to store toys.
In addition to a cupboard, it should also
be equipped with a set of tables and chairs that children use for eating and
activities
Games that are suitable to complement this
area, for example, are congklak games, painting, engklek games, slides, and
other educational games that are safe and healthy for children in accordance
with SNI.
The design in this playroom is usually made
with a large window size. With large windows, the room will have good natural
lighting.
In the play zone room there is also a wall with mirror material that is useful for giving a spacious effect. In addition, the use of mirrors in children can stimulate children's visual abilities and train body language expressions
Color Selection in Kindergarten Classroom
Interior Design In creating a comfortable
classroom atmosphere, elements that support space are needed optimally. An
example is the element of color in interior design. With the right color
selection will be able to stimulate the child's desire to stay in the room, so
that the child's learning motivation also increases.
A well-designed room, choosing the right
colors, not only makes learning easier for children, but can also reduce negative
behavior problems for those around them.
A color can create certain impressions in
creating the atmosphere of the room. Color can also have an influence on the
soul and mood of children, either directly or indirectly.
